      The Rev. Jack Finney will be presiding and preaching this Sunday. Pastor Finney is a retired ELCA pastor from the Chicago area who now lives in South-Central Wisconsin.  Pastor Finney is a Spiritual Director and will be gifting us with inspiring stories and inspiration to all about our daily spiritual lives.  Pastor Finney will be leading worship on July 5, 12 & 19.

       

       

      Gospel Lesson for July 5 – Mark 6:1-13

      At home and abroad, Jesus and his disciples encounter resistance as they seek to proclaim God’s word and relieve affliction.

      Special Music this Sunday will be provided by soloist, Mr. Gary Johnson.

      Gospel Lesson for July 12 – Mark 6:14-29

      As Jesus and his disciples begin to attract attention, Mark recalls the story of John the Baptist’s martyrdom. Like John, Jesus and his disciples will also suffer at the hands of those opposed to the gospel of salvation.

      Special Music this Sunday will be provided by Alice Clarke on Trombone.
