We are excited to invite you into our building for viewing of our Sunday Worships (note: this is not live worship, but viewing of pre-recorded worship with others in our Faith Family.) Registration each week is required. Our online system will open up every Monday at 12:00 pm and close on Thursday at 2:30 pm for that Sunday. The first day to come in person will be April 11 at 8:00 am which means registration will open April 5 at 12:00 pm. If the registration is full, you may sign up for our waiting list.
*If you are aware of someone without internet, please ask them to call our church office on Mondays (starting April 5) from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm to register.
Let's work together to keep everyone healthy and safe! Your registration means you are aware and consent to in-person guidelines:
--If you cannot keep your reservation for viewing, please call our office at 608..754.0261 so we may offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.
--You can register a maximum of 7 people for your same household as available
--Masks are required and removed only briefly for communion
--Social distancing of at least 6 feet is required (no passing of the peace, eating, drinking, or social time inside of the church building)
--Check-in at the front (carport) door:
1. We will confirm the names of those registered/present.
2. You will be asked to sanitize your hands.
3. Your temperature will be taken. (must be 100.4 or below)
4. You will be given a seating assignment.
--Refrain from singing and whisper participation of speaking worship elements
--You will be dismissed at the end of worship and exit the building (please no socializing inside)
--We ask that if you or anyone in your household exhibits COVID-19 symptoms to please stay home. These symptoms can be but not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
Registration is currently closed for 4/11.
Registration for 4/18 will open at noon on 4/12.
